Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal aspects of artificial intelligence in the EU (hereinafter AI). The documents of the EU and the legislation of the Member States in the field of AI are examined in detail. The author analyzes European approaches to understand the importance of the perceived key benefits and threats of AI adoption.
